What are some of the things I do?
• Drive UX vision and strategy across products.
• Lead development of research, ideation, and innovation practice to identify new product opportunities. Foster an open mindset culture.
• Facilitate collaborative design sessions to build a shared understanding of user needs and design the best solutions. Promote objective and effective design critiques based on user scenarios.
• Build strong collaboration between UX, Product, Architecture, and Development to facilitate effective and efficient ideation.
• Evangelize Lean UX and quickly testing assumptions, as much as in-depth quantitative analysis and deep-dive interviews. The approach should suit the problem that needs to be solved.
